Together we develop a thorough understanding of each other’s capabilities, services, technical requirements and development timescales. Through regular meetings and communications we develop account plans with our customer. Account reviews are scheduled to discuss these account plans and identify potential product development, joint marketing or new business development opportunities.

We are available to attend and contribute to sales presentations given by our customers in order to highlight the benefits of First Databank's solutions and demonstrate the functionality which can be provided within a customer's system.
