Head of Legal & Compliance

Denise joined FDB in 2012, becoming Head of Legal & Compliance in 2023. Denise is responsible for FDB’s Legal, Compliance, Project Management and Administration functions.

Denise leverages the ever changing legal and regulatory landscape to deliver continuous improvement across FDB’s solutions and processes within the UK and International markets, ultimately benefitting healthcare organisations and patients.

Prior to joining FDB, Denise spent 9 years at national law firms managing a litigation caseload, and as an Associate Law Lecturer.
